Terms & Conditions Pura Slow Life Houses

We are happy to welcome you to Pura Slow Life Houses, a place created so you can slow down for a moment, hide away in a hammock with a good book and a cup of great coffee. We respect you, Dear Guest, so we kindly ask you to follow the rules below.

§ 1 SUBJECT OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Terms & Conditions set out the rules for providing services, liability, and staying on the premises of Pura Slow Life Houses, located in Trzęsacz at Łąkowa 25, and constitute an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by making a reservation.
By making a reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the Terms & Conditions.
The Terms & Conditions apply to all Guests staying on the PURA premises.
The Terms & Conditions are available for review in each cottage and on the website.
Pura Slow Life Houses is operated by JTJ Spółka Akcyjna in Trzęsacz, ul. Słoneczna 3, 72-344 Trzęsacz, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000857145, NIP: 857-192-94-89, REGON: 386702651

§ 2 HOTEL DAY

Check-in starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
The day before arrival you will receive entry instructions to PURA with the necessary gate and lock codes.
Choose a convenient place for your car in one of the 7 parking spaces on the PURA property, or right next to the fence where the Parking sign is located.

§ 3 RESERVATIONS

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2024, the right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance does not apply to contracts for accommodation services other than for residential purposes, i.e. to the contract you enter into with JTJ Spółka Akcyjna in Trzęsacz when making a reservation. Consequently, in the event of cancellation of the reserved stay by you, the funds paid towards the stay fee will not be refundable.
In the holiday season (VII, VIII, IX) we invite you for a minimum of 5 nights, outside the holiday season min. 3 nights
We treat the reservation as confirmed after receiving a deposit of 30% of the total stay value; we will inform you about the remaining amount a few days before arrival. By making a reservation, you accept our Terms & Conditions.
Persons not registered at Pura Slow Life Houses may stay as visitors in the cottages from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The presence of unregistered persons after 10:00 PM is tantamount to the renter’s consent to paid additional accommodation for these persons. The additional accommodation fee for each person is 70 PLN per day.
We may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the Terms & Conditions during a previous stay.
When making a reservation, you consent, Dear Guest, to having your personal data stored in the Pura Slow Life Houses database. This data will be used solely to enable the full reservation process.

§ 4 GUESTS’ LIABILITY

Dear Guest, you are responsible for your children under 18 years of age and for any damage caused as a result of their actions, as well as your own actions or those of your visitors. Let’s respect other people’s property.
For fire safety reasons, please do not use heaters, irons, or other electrical devices in the cottages that are not part of the cottage equipment (this does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer equipment).
Do not use the grill on the terrace or within a distance of less than 2 meters from the cottage walls.
When leaving the cottage, remember to turn off the lights, close the taps, and lock the windows and doors.
We issue one gate “tag” and one SMARTLOCK card for the lock. In the event of loss, we will charge an additional fee of 100 PLN for the “tag” and 200 PLN for the smartlock card.
Smoking cigarettes and tobacco products is strictly prohibited in the cottages. Violation of this ban is tantamount to the renter’s consent to cover costs in the amount of 1000 PLN.
Persons who do not comply with fire safety regulations are subject to sanctions under the Penal Code and the Code of Petty Offenses.
Please report any faults in the cottages on the day of arrival. Failure to report means no faults or damage were found.
Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the cottages or their equipment.
Garbage and other waste should be disposed of in the container located outside the cottage.

§ 5 LIABILITY OF PURA SLOW LIFE HOUSES

Pura Slow Life Houses shall not be liable for situations and failures and their consequences beyond our control.
Pura Slow Life Houses shall not be liable for valuables left in the cottage or on the terrace.
Items left in the cottage after departure will not be stored.
We are not liable for damage to or loss of a Guest’s car or other vehicle and any items left inside it, regardless of whether the vehicles were parked in the parking area or outside the premises.

§ 6 STAYING WITH PETS

Pets (dogs and other animals) are allowed on the premises of Pura Slow Life Houses during an agreed period, after prior arrangement with the property and after paying the applicable fee. The fee is according to the current price list.
It is prohibited for an animal to use the bedding and available blankets, as well as to be left alone in the cottage.
The animal’s owner is financially responsible for any damage caused by the animal and is also obliged to ensure that the animal does not disturb other guests’ rest, to take it outside the premises when needed, and to remove any waste left on the property.

§ 7 COMPLAINTS

Any comments and complaints related to accommodation and other services provided by Pura Slow Life Houses should be reported as directly as possible after identifying grounds for a complaint.
Any complaints may not affect the length of stay and the amount payable.
Complaints will be considered individually, and the Guest filing the complaint will be informed in writing/by email about the way the matter is resolved.
Complaints should be submitted directly to the email address: kontakt@purahouses.pl.
Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date the complaint is received by JTJ Spółka Akcyjna in Trzęsacz. In the complaint submission, in addition to describing the reason for the complaint, the reporting person must provide their personal details, as well as the period of accommodation at Pura Slow Life Houses and the email address to which they expect a response.

The playground is an area intended for children’s play and recreation.
The playground equipment is intended for children aged 3-12.
Children may stay on the playground only under the supervision of adults, who bear full responsibility for them.
All persons staying on the premises are obliged to maintain order.
Standing on moving parts of the equipment is prohibited.
On the playground, it is strictly forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages, take intoxicating substances, smoke tobacco, or stay while intoxicated.
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- damage playground equipment, litter the area, break bottles,
- damage greenery, ride bicycles, bring animals,
- light fires and use pyrotechnic materials.

Material damage resulting from improper use of the facility, its devices and equipment shall be the responsibility of the users, and in the case of minors, their guardians and parents.

Only wood or wood briquettes may be used in the fire pit/grill.
Using gasoline or alcohol for lighting is prohibited. We recommend using firelighters compliant with EN 1860-3!
Exercise particular caution and control the fire in the fire pit/grill so that it does not spread beyond the designated area.
After the fire/grill, ensure the fire is completely extinguished and put the closing lid on the fire pit. Do not use water!!!
The fire pit/grill may be cleaned only when it is cold.
After the wood or wood briquettes provided by the hosts have been used up, guests should obtain these materials on their own.
Throwing waste or materials containing hazardous substances into the fire pit/grill is prohibited.
Children and teenagers may use the designated fire/grill area only under adult supervision.
Participants of the fire/grill are obliged to cover the costs of any damage caused, if any occurs.
Failure to comply with general regulations and the provisions of these Terms & Conditions may result in Police intervention and criminal liability.

The hydromassage tub serves relaxation, recovery and therapeutic functions.
Priority of passage is given to the person exiting the tub.
When entering or exiting, exercise particular caution.
Before entering the tub, you must remove pool footwear.
No more than 6 people may be in the hydromassage tub at the same time.
Bathing in the jacuzzi is allowed only in a sitting position.
A stay in the tub is recommended not to exceed 20 minutes.

WARNING! Prolonged stay in a hydromassage tub may cause overheating of the body. Most common symptoms: sudden drop in blood pressure, dizziness, fainting.

If you observe the above symptoms, leave the tub immediately and report the situation by calling the emergency number 112.
In particular, persons using the hydromassage tub are prohibited from: Creating situations that endanger their own safety and the safety of other users of the tub, or that may cause an accident, e.g. pushing people into the tub, holding people under water, etc. Drinking and eating meals.
Children under 16 may stay in the jacuzzi only under the supervision of adults.
Persons with disabilities may use the hydromassage tub only under the supervision of an adult guardian.
Before using the jacuzzi, you must wash your entire body with soap in the shower.
Ill persons and persons with an unstable health condition (hypertension, heart disease, circulatory system diseases, etc.) may use the jacuzzi only after consulting their doctor.
PURA Slow life houses is not liable for the health effects of such persons staying in the jacuzzi.
Never use the hydromassage tub immediately after a heavy meal.
After turning off the massage function, it is good to rest in the water for a while longer and relax.
